Understanding Aperture

Small Depth of Field
Aperture f/5.6
Shutter Speed 1/80
ISO 100

    Large Depth of Field
Aperture f/5.0
Shutter Speen 1/25
ISO 800

What is aperture? Aperture is the amount of light that can get in to a photo.
How does aperture work? It either opens or closes to increase or decrease the amount of light that can get in. If there is a high aperture, less light can get in, and the photo becomes darker. If there is a low aperture, more light can get in, and that makes the photo lighter.
Relationship of exposure triangle? If aperture increases then shutter speed decreases. If aperture decreases then shutter speed increases. Or vice versa.
